No. Job discovery remains useful before registration. An account becomes important when you want to save jobs, create a private Work Profile, receive personalized Job Match rankings, use StaccTrack, generate intelligence reports or retain your history across sessions.

Start with your Work Profile. Add the roles you are targeting, preferred work arrangement, employment types, compensation floor, location preferences and companies you want to avoid. JobStacc uses those preferences to improve Dashboard recommendations, Job Match ranking and Stacc Agent suggestions.

Traditional job boards primarily help you locate openings. JobStacc is designed to continue through the decision process: discover a role, understand the work conditions, assess fit, track the opportunity, compare finalists and use market intelligence to decide what deserves your attention.

JobStacc collects opportunities from employer and recruiting-system sources, normalizes the listings, removes duplicates and excludes records that do not meet publication rules. The goal is to keep the inventory employer-direct and decision-useful rather than maximize raw listing count.

Freshness is checked continuously. JobStacc prioritizes newly posted roles and retains older listings only while their source remains active and revalidated. Inventory counts can change as new jobs arrive, duplicates are consolidated and stale or broken listings are removed.

No. Payment does not buy a higher candidate ranking. Job ordering is based on relevance, freshness and—when you are signed in—your private Job Match signals. Employer commercial relationships should not change your personalized match score.

The opportunity universe is the full verified inventory available to your plan. Search results are the subset that survives your current title, location, work arrangement, employment type, salary, experience and Staccability filters. Clearing filters broadens the result set.

It means the standard JobStacc path sends you to the employer or employer-designated application destination. ApplyStacc™ is an optional execution layer for members who choose assistance with preparation and submission workflow; direct apply remains available. Always verify final job details before submitting an application.

Job Match is the personalized ranking layer. It uses the job evidence JobStacc has plus the private preferences in your Work Profile—such as target roles, work model, salary and location—to prioritize opportunities that better fit what you are actually looking for.

Staccability describes the opportunity itself. It examines disclosed evidence around remote permanence, schedule control, meeting intensity, travel freedom, workload predictability, time-zone flexibility, async readiness and commitment clarity.

It is not an employer rating and it is not a promise about what your personal experience will be.

JobStacc does not treat missing information as a negative fact. If the listing or available evidence does not support a conclusion, the signal stays undisclosed or lower-confidence. That tells you what to verify with the employer instead of manufacturing certainty.

The preview exposes the evidence JobStacc can show without consuming a full analysis. Full Staccability performs the deeper scoring and narrative analysis available under your membership allowance. Reopening the same successfully completed analysis should not consume another use.

No. Staccability helps you understand the work conditions and disclosure evidence. Your decision may depend on compensation, manager quality, career trajectory, family needs, commute, risk tolerance and other factors that no single score can decide for you.

They answer different questions. Staccability asks, “What does this role appear to offer?” Job Match asks, “How well does this opportunity align with this user’s stated preferences?” A highly flexible job may still be a weak role match, and a perfect title match may have mixed work-fit evidence.

Career Intelligence converts the verified JobStacc inventory into a daily market read. Depending on available evidence, it can summarize opportunity flow, employer activity, remote/hybrid mix, compensation disclosure and other changes that help you decide where to focus.

Yes. The daily snapshot is rebuilt from the current verified market data, so the numbers and narrative can change as jobs enter or leave the inventory. Reopening the same day’s completed snapshot does not create a new daily analysis; the next day can produce a materially different read.

The Stacc Take explains what the market numbers mean in plain language. Keepin’ It a Stacc translates those signals into a practical work-fit lens and next-step guidance. They are part of the Daily Career Intelligence report, not separate products.

The Bar is a short original JobStacc line that appears beneath The Stacc Take in supported intelligence reports. It uses the report’s actual result to select a direct, motivational, strategic, or reflective closing line. The lines are original JobStacc writing—not famous lyrics, quotations, or attempts to imitate a specific artist.

It is a job-specific Career Intelligence analysis that combines the opportunity with relevant market and work-fit evidence. A newly generated successful Brief uses the applicable Career Intelligence allowance; reopening the same completed Brief uses 0 additional credits. The job-specific analysis is cached for speed, while its market metrics refresh from the current JobStacc inventory whenever the saved report is reopened.

Stacc Agent is JobStacc’s private recommendation layer. It uses your Work Profile and current inventory to surface opportunities worth a closer look. It is intended to narrow the search, not replace your judgment or submit applications on your behalf.

StaccTrack is your private opportunity command center. You can activate opportunities you want to manage, set interest level and stage, track follow-ups and keep the intelligence around the opportunity in one place.

No. Suggested Stacc opportunities are recommendations. They do not become active tracked opportunities until you choose to activate them, which keeps your pipeline intentional rather than automatically cluttered.

Stacc Compare™ is the opportunity decision workspace. It lets you place roles side by side, review compensation and work-fit evidence, adjust the priorities that matter to you and generate a personalized Compare Brief when you need deeper analysis.

Yes. Visitors can learn how Compare works, but full comparison requires an account because the workspace can use private saved jobs, Work Profile preferences and comparison history. JobStacc Open includes a limited free comparison experience, while paid memberships expand the workflow.

No. Basic side-by-side comparison, changing weights and reopening a saved comparison do not inherently consume an intelligence credit. A new successfully completed Compare Brief can use the relevant Career Intelligence allowance. Failed generations should not consume a use.

JobStacc offers a free Open membership plus paid options designed for people who want more analysis, personalization and workflow capacity. Current prices, allowances and included features are shown on the JobStacc pricing section and inside your Account/Dashboard after sign-in.

Usage is recorded server-side after a successful new analysis completes. Reopening the same analysis should not decrement the allowance again, and failed analysis attempts should not consume a use. Your remaining allowance is shown in authenticated JobStacc surfaces such as Dashboard, Account and the relevant feature page.

JobStacc web subscriptions use secure Stripe checkout and billing management. The backend—not the browser return page—determines membership access after Stripe confirms the subscription state. This prevents a successful-looking redirect from granting access on its own.

Your account remains. Paid entitlements stop according to the billing state and access rules for the plan, and the account returns to the available free experience rather than deleting your Work Profile or identity. Billing status should always be confirmed in your Account page.

ApplyStacc™ is JobStacc's application-execution layer. It is designed to reuse saved answers, tailor application materials, support application execution, preserve submission confirmation and feed outcomes into your private tracking workflow. No. Those are private user-workspace features. JobStacc does not make your private preferences, saved-job activity, application tracker or comparison workspace visible to employers unless you intentionally share information outside the platform.

Premium authorization and usage are enforced by the backend. The browser can hide or show interface controls, but modifying browser JavaScript should not grant an entitlement, alter a credit balance or expose another user’s private records.
