This policy explains how JobStacc handles account, career, communications, analytics and payment-related information.

Information we collect

Account details, job-search preferences, saved listings, application-tracking entries, résumé information you choose to provide, and basic service analytics.

How information is used

To operate the service, personalize rankings, deliver requested alerts, provide support, improve performance and prevent misuse.

Google Analytics

JobStacc uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, navigation, scroll activity, outbound-link activity and general service performance. Google may process device, browser and approximate location information for these measurements. JobStacc does not send résumé contents, saved-job details or application-tracking entries to Google Analytics. Browser privacy controls or analytics-blocking tools may limit this collection.

Private career data

Work preferences, saved jobs, résumé data and application activity are not made available to employers through JobStacc.

Service providers and retention

Production infrastructure, authentication, payments, analytics and email providers may process the minimum information needed to perform their services. Retention follows operational, security and legal requirements. JobStacc uses service providers only for the functions needed to operate the platform.

Your choices

Users may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information. For privacy requests, use the JobStacc Contact page.

Email updates and Mailchimp

JobStacc account creation includes an optional email-marketing preference. If you opt in, JobStacc stores your consent status and may share your account email, name and current JobStacc plan with Mailchimp so Mailchimp can deliver and manage JobStacc newsletters, job highlights, Career Intelligence updates and product communications. You may opt out from your JobStacc Account page or through the unsubscribe controls included in marketing emails.

Private Work Profile

Your JobStacc Work Profile is private by design. It is used to personalize Job Match, Stacc Agent, and work-fit intelligence and is not published as an employer-facing profile.

ApplyStacc™ application data

If you choose ApplyStacc, we may process information needed to prepare, assist with or track applications, such as résumé versions, application questions and answers, compensation preferences, work-authorization responses, application status, submission confirmations and user-provided instructions. This information is used to provide the ApplyStacc workflow you request, maintain your private application history, prevent duplicate submissions and improve outcome intelligence for your account.

ApplyStacc may interact with third-party employer or recruiting systems only for the application workflow you choose. Those third parties have their own privacy practices. We do not make your private Work Profile, saved answers or application history publicly visible to employers; information is shared with an employer only as part of an application or communication you direct or approve.

We avoid automatically answering questions that require sensitive personal judgment or legal attestation when a reliable saved answer is not available. Those workflows may be paused and marked “Needs You.”
