About this opportunity
Lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that improve services across the university. You will guide planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery from discovery through launch.
What you’ll do
- Own integrated project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive reporting.
- Lead matrixed technical and business teams across enterprise technology initiatives.
- Translate business needs into actionable plans and maintain decision clarity across stakeholders.
- Support change readiness, communications, adoption, and continuous improvement.
What you bring
- Eight or more years leading complex technology projects.
- Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Experience with enterprise systems, transformation programs, and senior stakeholders.
- PMP certification preferred.
Work conditions
Schedule: Flexible start and end times with core
collaboration hours from 10 a.m.–3 p.m. ET.
Location:
Two expected campus days per week.
Meetings:
Approximately 8–12 scheduled hours weekly.
Travel: No
routine travel disclosed.
